If you are a retiree currently enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan and enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, you can enhance your benefits with Compass Rose Medicare Advantage at any time throughout the year. You must remain enrolled in the High Option Compass Rose Health Plan to be eligible for this enhanced level of benefits.
