Yes, the Bird Buddy app allows you to share the experience with friends and family by adding up to three people to your feeder through the app. With the Bird Buddy Pro subscription, you can add up to ten people to your feeder.
Depending on how many photos you take and how much you stream the video feed, the battery can last anywhere between 5 and 15 days. The electronic module is detachable and rechargeable via the USB-C cable that is included in the order. You can also decide to purchase the solar roof add-on for a continuous charge during daylight!

Yes, the feeder itself is weatherproof. The central module that houses the camera will withstand temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable so you can easily take it out and safely store it inside on extreme days.
We use authorized 30-day returns. To return your order, you will need to reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery, and it applies to all Bird Buddy feeders and their respective add-ons completely free of charge. That does not apply to the Seed Subscription or merch items.
