Phillip Lamar Byrd, age 33, of 445 Bonavista Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested January 18, 2013 for Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Simple Battery (FVA), Theft by Taking and Disorderly Conduct. Byrd was released on $10,000 bond.
Ashley Hope Tackett, age 26, of 1917 E 26th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested January 18, 2013 for Possession of Ephedrine and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Tackett was released on $7,500 bond.
