Rachael Gouvignon has revealed she underwent cellulite treatment to her behind after receiving negative comments about her appearance. 

The 32-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo of her rejuvenated bottom and video of the process of her treatment. 

In a lengthy caption shared alongside the photo, in which she referred to her behind with a peach emoji, the beauty detailed her struggles and treatment.

She wrote: 'This is something I don't normally like to post because I felt insecure about my [behind].

'After hearing people's comments about my [behind] after @bachelorinparadiseau I felt very insecure about the nasty comments made about my [behind]. 

'I workout on a regular basis and have a very healthy and clean diet! My struggle has always been my [behind], and the back of my thighs no matter what I did, these dimples wouldn't shift!' 

She went on to explain she was having a Velashape procedure at Azure Medical in Cottesloe, Perth, and had undergone four months of treatment.

The non-invasive body sculpting treatment involves deep heating of fat cells using  infrared light, radio frequency energy and a vacuum.  

Rachael also had the non-invasive treatment prior to appearing on the 2018 season of Bachelor In Paradise. 

'I'm working my butt off at the gym, meanwhile I can just lie here, almost falling asleep, and get results. I'm just being lazy,' the 32-year-old joked online during her first go at the body contouring treatment in September.

Just days before flying out to Fiji to star in the second season of Bachelor in Paradise earlier this year, the beauty was filmed having a last-minute session. 

'I've really noticed that it has really cleared up on the bum area and everything is looking a lot smoother,' Rachael said in the clip last week before packing her bags.   

Also promoting the procedure during her second visit in October, the beauty gushed: 'It feels very warm and it's kind of like sucking your skin. But it's very relaxing and almost like a hot message.'
