EWA BEACH (KITV4) - The Salvation Army's Kroc Center Hawaii and The Queen's Health Systems are collaborating to hold a mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the public.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 24 from 9 am to 3 pm in the parking lot area of Kroc Center Hawaii in Ewa beach.
“We are grateful to The Queen’s Health Systems for collaborating with The Salvation Army to offer COVID-19 vaccinations for our community,” said Major Osei Stewart, Corps Officer and Administrator of The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawaii.
The Pfizer vaccine will be available to anyone 12 years or older and a limited supply of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine will be available to those 18 years or older.
As an incentive, those who receive a full vaccination at the event will receive two free day passes to Kroc Center Hawaii.
The facility is located at 91-3257 Kualakai Parkway, Ewa Beach, HI 96706.
“With help from Queen’s, we are trying to make it convenient for our members, congregation, and community neighbors to have additional access to COVID-19 vaccinations," added Stewart.
The event is open to the public. Pre-registration is highly recommended but not required. To pre-register, visit https://forms.gle/DVSQhTEdKCQZbWKe8
