Some stores stores and restaurants have already opened and more are opening this week.
Nordstrom Rack is opening Thursday.
Sub shop Jersey Mike's is also opening Wednesday.
P.F. Chang's is set for a March 19 opening.
You're probably thinking: What about the traffic impact?
It's the new centers and robust communities that entice major retailers to Lancaster County, according to this September 2016 LNP story.
There's also The Crossings at Conestoga Creek on Harrisburg Pike. There, Wegman's is set for an "early fall" opening with 475 employees.

Lancaster is getting its first Whole Foods. The store will host a farmer’s market in its parking lot during the spring and summer. They haven't announced an opening date.

Dick's Sporting Goods opened a 51,000-square-foot store at Belmont on March 2.
Fine Wine & Good Spirits, the county’s busiest state liquor store, is moving from Hawthorne Center.
Mod Pizza, with “made on demand” artisan-style pizza and salads, has already open its second location in the county. Zoes Kitchen serves up Mediterranean foods and will open this month.
P.F. Chang's, opening March 19, serves Asian food made from scratch, daily. They have more than 210 U.S. locations.
Michaels is moving from Lancaster Shopping Center into a larger space.
Main Street stores will include national chains Ulta Beauty, Rack Room Shoes, Lane Bryant, Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Norman’s Hallmark and local business Finch Jewelers, which will move from the Wheatland Shopping Center.
In total, the Shoppes at Belmont will have about 30 stores and restaurants in 365,000 square feet, making the shopping center the fifth largest mall in the county.
Only Park City, Rockvale Outlets, Red Rose Commons and Tanger Outlets will be larger.
In addition to 74 townhouses and 13 single-family homes scheduled for completion in spring 2018, A Hilton franchisee in York purchased land from Belmont for a hotel called Suite2.
