BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Tuesday is the last day that coronavirus testing will take place at the county health department, according to officials. It’s the last day it will be taking appointments, and it will not have testing on Thursday because of a flu clinic.

Residents will be able to get tested for the coronavirus at Rowan College at Burlington County beginning Oct. 6, officials said. Testing will take place in Lot 9 of the Mount Laurel campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The test is a saliva test, and those coming to be tested are asked not to eat, drink, smoke, vape or chew gum up to 45 minutes before the test. Those who wish to take the test are also asked to wear a mask.
