Lemont's Scarecrow Trail Winners Announced
472 visitors voted for their favorite scarecrows this year.
LEMONT, IL — The winners of the Lemont Township and Lemont Junior Woman's Club annual scarecrow trail contest have been announced. 472 visitors voted for their favorite scarecrows this year, which were:
- First place, Lemont Garden Club (WALL-E)
- Second place, Mendaluk Family (Winifred Sanderson from "Hocus Pocus")
- Third place, Lemont Fire Protection District (Cruella De Vil)
You can still visit the scarecrows on the path behind the Township building, 16300 Alba St. This year's theme was movie characters.
