The Medfield Lions Club sends the collected glasses to the Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center in New Jersey whose volunteers clean, sort by prescription strength, and package the glasses for distribution for people in need in low and middle income communities in the US and abroad, where they will have the greatest impact. Over 1,200 pair of eyeglasses were collected in 2018-2019. Much thanks to all who have donated through the years, and have made an impact in others' lives.

Through Lions International volunteers and eye care professionals screen thousands of children and adults during sight missions, providing them, free of charge, with prescription lenses, frames, and ultimately a better quality of life.
