Indiana man may face charges in Sun. crash where car flipped, caught fire

ROBARDS, Ky. (WFIE) - An Indiana man could be facing charges after a Sunday crash in Henderson County.
Deputies say the vehicle flipped and caught fire. When they got to the scene, the driver was out of the vehicle and talking with bystanders.
It happened around 6:40 Sunday morning on I-69 near Robards.
Investigators say 25-year-old Jared McPhearson appeared to be under the influence. He was taken to the hospital with a broken foot.
Possible charges are pending.
Robards fire officials shared photos of the scene. Henderson City/County Rescue Squad was also called in to help.
