TEXAS CITY, TX — Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old girl, Lydia Alvarez, from Texas City, Texas.
Lydia was last seen three weeks ago on November 22, 2019.
She is described as four feet eight inches, weighing 125 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
