TO BE ELIGIBLE, A PERSON OR SOMEONE IN THE HOUSEHOLD MUST HAVE SUFFERED JOB LOSS OR A REDUCTION IN HOURS. HANEY DORGHAN SAYS HIS LIMOUSINE COMPANY BADLY NEEDS A CASH INFUSION. MR. DORGHAN: WE NEED IT AT LEAST FOR THE CAR PAYMENT, THE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE PAYMENTS. IT’S HIGH FOR US, SO IT’S GOING TO BE A GREAT HELP. AT LEAST IT’S GOING TO KEEP US KEEP GOING.
