Man With Dementia Missing From Novato
Bertrand Wittman, 82, suffers from dementia and has a history of falling. Police said he may be headed to San Francisco.
NOVATO, CA — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man with dementia who went missing from Novato.
Bertrand Wittman, 82, was last seen around 1:10 p.m. Wednesday near the Redwood Boulevard bus pad, according to the Novato Police Department. He may be headed to San Francisco.
Wittman suffers from dementia and has a history of falling. He is white, 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds. He has gray hair and a recent cut on his head, police said. He was last seen wearing a gray fedora, blue jacket and white pants. He may be carrying a black suitcase.
