Pinterest has revealed its Christmas 2019 home decor trends, based on what users are currently searching for.

When it comes to home decor, the research found that we're stepping away from traditional Christmas themes and adopting more unique ways of decorating. From sunflower Christmas trees to smaller trees, users are on the hunt for contemporary touches that reflect their modern lives.

Bright sunflower Christmas trees feature high on Pinterest's trend list for Christmas 2019. Floral Christmas trees have actually been trending for a few years now, but it seems like sunflowers in particular have spiked in popularity as people hunt for more contemporary ways to decorate their trees.
