(Plymouth, MN) -- Plymouth police say a 23-year-old man wanted for a fatal shooting at a gas station has turned himself in. Daniel James Hart of Brooklyn Park is scheduled to appear in Hennepin County Court Tuesday. K-M-S-P/T-V reports Hart has been charged with being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. He hasn’t been charged with shooting 28-year-old Marlon Pompey of Maple Grove yet. Officers found Pompey suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when they responded to a call June 9th.
