Zain Bahrain, the most innovative operator in the Kingdom, continues to extend its support in developing the ICT sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain by welcoming 25 engineering students from Al Ahlia University at its premises where they had the opportunity to meet with Zain officials and explore the latest Mobile Switch Network Building.

Under its key initiative, the Future University Network (F.U.N), which provides young Bahrainis with the skills for the workforce and developing the next generation of talents, Zain Bahrain aimed to give the students a practical experience that will help solidify their education in linking the theory with real life examples.

“The main objective of the FUN programme is to support university students and benefit the youth by developing their employability skills and creating a pool of diversified Bahraini talents who will add value to the corporate world” said Pakiza Abdulrahman, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager from Zain Bahrain.

In this occasion, Abdulla Dashti, Broadband and Enterprise Marketing Specialist at Zain Bahrain, shared his experience in network with the students, as well as the experience and knowledge he has gained since moving to marketing. He also took the opportunity to introduce the new broadband offers to the students. While Fatima Tamam, xxx at Zain Bahrain, shared her experience with FUN and the benefits it serves university students. She also spoke about her experience with Network technologies.
