Rhode Island State Police Holding Vintage Cruiser Show

Come see 39 antique police cruisers and 21 classic cars will be on display at the department's headquarters on September 22.

NORTH SCITUATE, RI — The Rhode Island State Police is holding its fourth annual vintage car and cruiser show on Sept. 22, and invites the public to come take part in the festivities. More than two dozen antique police cruisers along with classic cars will be on display, along with other displays and family-friendly activities.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be 39 cruisers and 21 cars on display, along with the department's special vehicles and teams, K-9 demonstrations, a child-sizes Tesla driving course, bounce house, scavenger hunt, arts and crafts, raffle and more.

Food will be available for purchase and attendees are asked to make a suggested donation of $3 for adults, while children 12 and under are free. Free parking is available at police headquarters, located at 311 Danielson Pike.

In addition, the Rhode Island State Police Museum will be open to the public, free of charge.
