Free singing lessons for adults of all skill levels begin Tuesday, October 1 for 6 weeks from 7 to 8 pm in Northbrook. You will be given the skills to sing richly, with resonance, and to produce ear-pleasing harmony--all in the company of a great bunch of fellow singers.
Whether you only sing in the shower or are already in a choir or group, this program is designed to help you produce the most beautiful sound possible from your voice.
Dan Wessler, director of the New Tradition Chorus, is teaching the "Learn to Sing!" course which will last approximately an hour. Wessler, in addition to being a director and an educator with a MS degree in music, also sings bass with After Hours, currently an international gold medalist quartet in the Barbershop Harmony Society.

"Give us six Tuesday evenings," Wessler said, "and we'll give you the skills you need to experience all the fun of solo or group singing. You don't even need to be able to read music."
Singers of all skill levels and experience are invited, and learning materials are free.
