Tony Caleca, CPA, CGMA, Managing Partner at the accounting firm Brown Smith Wallace, has been named to the St. Louis Sports Commission Board of Directors. The St. Louis Sports Commission is a not-for-profit organization that enhances the St. Louis community by making it a better place to live, work and visit through sports. Its efforts focus on attracting, creating and managing major sporting events for the community.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Caleca will support and impact the enrichment, growth and success of the St. Louis community. Caleca has had a lifelong passion for sports, which he has carried into adulthood by teaching many children in the St. Louis community as a coach for area youth soccer teams. He believes that by keeping participants engaged and active and encouraging teamwork, sports are fundamental to enriching the lives of area children.

In addition to the St. Louis Sports Commission, Caleca currently serves on the Moore Stephens North America Board of Directors, the Christian Brothers College High School Board of Directors, the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Foundation Board of Governors and the Archdiocese of St. Louis Finance Council. He is also a trustee of the St. Louis Archdiocesan Fund.
