The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission voted to move a medical marijuana dispensary to Eureka Springs.Scott Hardin with the Department of Finance and Administration said Osage Creek Dispensary will relocate from Fayetteville to Eureka Springs.It will be the first medical marijuana dispensary in Eureka Springs.Purspirit Cannabis, which is also in Fayetteville, will move down the street into the former Osage Creek location at 3970 Martin Luther King Blvd.The DFA said there are 38 licensed dispensaries, eight licensed cultivators and four licensed processors of medical marijuana in Arkansas.
