Tedford Family Dentistry The Latest To Join Cambridge Square

  • Tuesday, January 15, 2013

Tedford Family Dentistry has officially announced plans to relocate to Cambridge Square, an upscale mixed-use community now under development in Ooltewah. Cambridge Square is located on 130 acres at the corner of Ooltewah/Georgetown Road and Lee Highway.

Dr. Keith Tedford has targeted late 2013 for a move-in. His current location is 5913 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road. He has been serving patients there since 2007. He previously practiced in Cleveland, from 2003 to 2007.

After earning a B.A. in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, Dr. Tedford completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama. He belongs to ADA, Academy of General Dentistry, and Chattanooga Area Dental Society.

“Cambridge Square is the next big step in the incredible evolution of Ooltewah,” said Dr. Tedford. “I’m excited about making a bigger impact here as a founding member of this new community. We offer our patients genuine personal attention. Our family-oriented environment will blend perfectly with the charm of this traditional southern square.”

Cambridge Square’s pedestrian-friendly design and architectural standards will establish a modern mixed-use presence in Hamilton County’s fastest growing region. Its developers are in the process of bringing new dining, entertainment, retail, and class-A commercial office opportunities to Ooltewah. Emphasis has been placed on attracting businesses with strong local ties.

Tedford Family Dentistry becomes the second commercial office venture to officially announce a move to Cambridge Square. Morning Pointe — a provider of assisted living, personal care and Alzheimer’s Memory care — will relocate its headquarters to a 10,000 square-foot office currently under construction. Locally owned restaurants that have officially announced Cambridge Square locations include Lupi’s Pizza and Southern Burger Co.

“Tedford and his team have such an outstanding reputation around Greater Chattanooga,” said David Belitz, CEO of The Lupton Company, a development partner in the Cambridge Square project. “With its distinct local connection, their practice is just the sort of foundation we’re hoping to establish here.  We are very happy to have them joining Cambridge Square.”

Infrastructure is well underway at the Cambridge Square site, with delivery of the public square and the first two commercial/retail spaces scheduled for the spring of 2013.
