While Del Ray's holiday kick-off happened last weekend, another lineup of festive events is just around the corner. The Candy Cane Bar Crawl returns, along with holiday markets and other fun between Dec. 12 and 15.

You can still vote for your favorite Christmas tree decorated by local nonprofits along Mount Vernon Avenue through 5 p.m. Christmas Day. The winning nonprofit will get a $500 donation from the Del Ray Business Association.

Shops of Del Ray Ladies Night Out: Dec. 12, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

Take a night out to shop local while sipping wine along Mount Vernon Avenue. Participating retailers will offer a 20 percent discount. New this year. Pick up your holiday shopping passport at Bellies & Babies Consignment Boutique, Kiskadee, La Brocante, The Purple Goose, or Top It Off and get it stamped at all participating retailers to entered to win a Del Ray basket with gifts from retailers, restaurants and wellness providers. Shoppers can enjoy a free mini-chair massage from Chrysalis Chiropractic of Alexandria in between stops.

Del Ray Artisans' Fine Art & Fine Craft Holiday Market: Dec. 13-15 and 20-22

Del Ray Artisans annual Holiday Market offers unique handmade fine arts and crafts from local artists. Choose from wall art, pottery, photography, jewelry, glass and much more from different artisans each weekend. Plus, purchase 2020 wall calendars, cookbooks and upcycled tote bags to support Del Ray Artisans. Hours are Fridays 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Los Tios Central American Crafts Fair for Women & Youth: Dec. 13, 5 p.m.-9 p.m. and Dec. 14, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-9 p.m.

Browse textiles, wood, and jewelry from El Salvador and Guatemala to benefit Co-partners of Campesinas, a nonprofit working with rural women and youth in Central America.

Del Ray Candy Cane Bar Crawl: Dec. 14, 1 p.m.-6 p.m.

Take a break from the bustle of holiday preparations and enjoy specialty cocktails, beer and food specials at select Del Ray restaurants to benefit Community Lodgings, an Alexandria nonprofit addressing homelessness through transitional housing, affordable housing and youth education programs. Aside from holiday cocktail and beer specials, guests can participate in raffles, a costume contest, a photo booth and more. Participating restaurants are RT's Restaurant, Hops N'Shine, Northside 10, Cheesetique Del Ray, Catch on The Ave, Stomping Ground, Pork Barrel BBQ, Del Ray Pizzeria, St. Elmo's Coffee Pub, Evening Star Cafe, KAiZEN Tavern, Live Oak Restaurant, Charlie's On The Avenue, The Garden and Lena's Wood-Fired Pizza & Tap. Check-in happens between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. at Lena's Wood-Fired Pizza & Tap (401 E. Braddock Road) or RT's Restaurant (3804 Mount Vernon Avenue). Admission is $15 in advance and $20 at the door. The first 200 registrants receive a 16 oz event souvenir cup.

Del Ray Holiday Pop-Up Market: Dec. 14, 1 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Find the perfect gift at this pop-up market featuring local artisans and at-home entrepreneurs. Then, stroll along Mount Vernon Avenue and see shops sporting festive seasonal murals. The market takes place at Pat Miller Neighborhood Square, Mount Vernon Aveue and E. Oxford Avenue.

Alexandria Holiday Lights Ride: Dec. 14, 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.

The Alexandria Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee and Alexandria Spokeswomen will host this festive five-mile bike ride around Del Ray. Bring a bike decorated with lights and holiday cheer to the George Washington Middle School parking lot.

Santa Photos at the Dog Store: Dec. 15, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

The Dog Store at 2301 Mount Vernon Avenue will host Santa photos for families, including dogs.
