The 18-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene, KPRC reported. Three juveniles suffered from gunshot wounds, according to the Houston Police Department.

The victims were taken to area hospitals by private vehicles, according to KPRC. One of the victims was confirmed by police as a 16-year-old boy, KHOU reported. He was in stable condition, police said. The other two victims were described as “young adults.”

The shooting occurred at about 12:45 a.m. CDT, police said.

Police said the shooting occurred after an argument broke out between two groups of teens at “a jam-packed party,” KTRK reported. Police reported finding bullets that had gone through the back of the residence, according to the television station.

Investigators said the crowd quickly ran away when the shooting began, KHOU reported.

One weapon was found in a ditch near the home, but it was unclear whether it was the weapon used in the shooting.

No arrests have been made yet, and no charges have been filed, KHOU reported. The cause of the shooting remains under investigation.
