Fire Captain Indicted On Rape Charges: County Court Roundup

Plus: Hooksett man indicted on negligent homicide drunken driving; Northfield man accused of raping a girl; Concord drug indictments; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted on Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Sean Dashnaw, 31, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 28, 2020, in Hooksett.

Amber W. Hall, 33, of Pine Street in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam, amphetamine, and clonazapam charges on April 13 in Hooksett.

Warrie Ward, 54, of Concord Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, heroin and fentanyl mix charges on Dec. 28, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony possession charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2019.

Christopher Bourget, 39, of Market Street in Manchester on a receiving stolen property and three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl charges. He was accused of drug possession and stealing a license plate that he knew to be stolen on Nov. 23, 2020, in Hooksett and drug possession on April 28 in Hooksett.

Amanda D. McIntosh, 37, of Victory Drive in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 11 in Franklin.

Russell Steiz, 52, of Bradford, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping two women he met online repeatedly between May 28 and May 2020, in Bradford, and June 1 and Oct. 31, 2019, in Pembroke. Tiffany L. Lemire, 39, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on March 27.

Benjamin Bryant, 37, of Terrance Road in Franklin on two felony possession of meth, clonazepam and meth mix charges on Feb. 15 in Concord.

Tristram Jensvold, 43, of Branerd Street in Danville, Vermont, on a felony possession of intent to distribute-marijuana charge on Jan. 4 in Bow.

Dennis Boucher, 43, of Whitehall Road in West Hooksett on negligent homicide-DUI and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of drunken driving on a motorcycle and crashing on Route 4 in Andover on Oct. 4, 2020, which led to the death of Tonya Boucher. Smailin Peguero-Argitis, 31, of Tiffany Road in Salem on identity fraud and title fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another and forging documents in order to obtain money, credit, and goods and services and forged a certificate of title on Oct. 16 in Concord. Andrew Glines, 36, of Bay Street in Northfield on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a girl between Nov. 1, 2020, and Feb. 15 in Northfield.
