McFly star Danny Jones’ model wife Georgia, who welcomed the pair’s first child Cooper in January, has taken to Instagram to reveal she has an "engorged boob" just weeks after her baby’s birth.
Writing to her 158k followers, the new mum decided to give advice to anyone going through the same thing, as she showed a candid picture of what was happening to her breast following childbirth.
Revealing it was anything but a "sexy Valentine’s Day selfie", the new mum wrote: "This is me and my engorged boob.... it’s hot, red, rock hard and pretty painful! So full with milk it feels like it’s going to pop!! But this is sooooo incredibly common....
"New mummies... if this happens to you get yourself in a nice hot bath/shower and massage the heck out of that boob! It’s not pleasant, but trust me it really helps get that milk flowing & eases the pressure!"
And fans were quick to comment on the post, writing: "Yikes! I remember that feeling! My boy is 8 months and i still get like that from time to time.hot baths definitely helps!"
"Well done for raising awareness for this! I had no idea this happened first time round and ended up in a right state with mastitis. Top work. Hope it eases. Xx," another added.
Danny became the third member of McFly to become a dad after he welcomed a baby boy on Saturday 27 January.
The pair announced the news on Instagram, with Danny writing: "So overwhelmed with love, welcome to earth Cooper Alf Jones born today 1:36am."
Fans previously guessed that the couple, who married in 2014, would be having a little boy.
After the Obviously singer shared a picture of a tiny pair of chelsea boots, many followers speculated the blue stitching meant he was having a son.
But former Miss England Georgia denied they knew the sex, adding they were keeping it as a surprise.
"Just a pair of unisex grey shoes guys!! We absolutely 100% don’t know what we’re having! #lovesurprises,” she said.
