A KARDASHIAN fan spent nearly $4,000 on used clothes from the famous family - she says the dress ripped and the staff did the strangest thing.

The most devoted Kardashian fans have been able to track down clothes the family has worn in the past, selling them online.

Now shoppers can try the clothes in person, making it easier to check for damage or makeup stains.

YouTuber Hope Allen loves the Kardashians and has purchased several items from their online store, Kardashian Kloset.

In total, she spent $3,850 on the used clothes.

She took a trip to visit the Kardashian Kloset's brick-and-mortar location, within Resorts World Las Vegas and the Fred Segal boutique.

Even though Allen didn't make arrangements for a private shopping experience or let the store know about her 1.55million subscribers, they still provided a top-tier shopping experience.

Allen had nothing but compliments for Holly, the store associate who helped her.

"She was the absolute best, she was so much fun to shop with," Allen said.

The most expensive item in the store was kept under glass: an embroidered, custom Birkin bag priced at $55,000.

Among the least expensive pieces were a pair of $1,100 shoes, which Allen tried on and discovered weren't her size.

Allen also tried on a white jumpsuit that previously belonged to Kris, which was selling for $1,000.

While trying on the jumpsuit, Allen noted makeup stains on the lapel, and her sales associate Holly revealed a strange store secret.

Holly said that when store associates made a move to remove stains from the clothing, they were told "no, leave it."

"The people at the store were literally told not to wash anything like that off the clothes," Allen said.

Makeup stains aren't appealing when you buy from a normal resale store, but when they're fresh from the Kardashians, they apparently increase the face value.

Unlike on the Kardashian Kloset website, items in the retail store weren't listed with the family members' names on display.

But Allen, a devoted fan of the website, recognized the dresses and knew who they belonged to.

She tried on a $3,000 Roberto Cavalli dress, which Kris wore to her 2017 Christmas party.

After Allen's husband made fun of her for trying on the dress with bulky bike shorts underneath, she sought out a photo to see what Kris paired it with.

"Kris Jenner was literally wearing shorts under this too!" she exclaimed.

Allen also gave a $2,900 Dior sweater a try.

The item was new with tags, never worn, but Allen had a hypothesis about whose closet it came from.

"This kind of looks like a Kourtney sweater, especially being an extra small," she mused.

Ultimately, Allen spent $3,850 – for only two items.

The first was a pair of Kylie Jenner's Bottega Veneta heels, which fit perfectly.

Comfortable, plush, and stylish, the heels cost Allen $1,650.

Allen also brought home a Mugler dress for the price of $2,200, which caused a little drama during her shopping trip.

"Everything was going really really well until suddenly it wasn't," Allen recalled.

She was trying on the bodycon dress and spotted a rip in the sleeve.

Allen admitted that she should've told Holly right away, but tried to shimmy the sleeves up her arms, and ended up ripping the dress further.

Luckily, the Resorts World director of retail showed up and spoke with Allen.

"I ended up falling in love with the dress," Allen said.

The retail director found someone to fix the dress, and it took less than an hour. At home, Allen inspected the repaired product.

"I can't even find where it was ripped, they did such a good job," she said.

And the Kardashian fan said that even if she'd had to fix the dress herself, it wouldn't have bothered her.

"It's not the first ripped dress I've bought from Kim," Allen quipped.
