Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed interest in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham, who has been tipped to leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season, has attracted interest from across Europe after starring for the German giants.

While Klopp has spoken about Bellingham in glowing terms, the Liverpool boss has denied any suggestions there has been contact.

He told BILD: “Jude is a great player who we know, of course.

“We'd be stupid not to have him on our radar. But there's nothing more to say at the moment.

“These things (talking directly to Bellingham's parents) are not possible because he is under contract with Borussia Dortmund and that is not possible without their consent. So, it's not true."
