SEATTLE — Three men in their late 20s were shot early Saturday morning in First Hill.
The shooting occurred on the 900 block of East Pike Street shortly after midnight, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD). Police were unable to find any suspects, however, "witnesses reported seeing a tan or beige sport utility vehicle in the area at time of the shooting," SPD said.
The three men had gunshot wounds to their "lower bodies," said police, who provided medical aid with fire personnel until the men were taken to Harborview Medical Center.
Officers recovered spent shell casings and found bullet hole damage to businesses and vehicles in the area.
SPD said its gun violence reduction unit detectives are leading the investigation.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call SPD's violent crimes tip line at 206-233-5000.
