Patta has unveiled its new lookbook for Spring/Summer 2023, previewing the latest collection ahead of its first delivery of the season.

Drawing on its Surinamese roots, this season, the Amsterdam-based brand has chosen to hone in on the unique blend of cultures it represents.

Influenced by the handcrafted aesthetic and the tropical habitat, the collection comprises classic brand staples such as graphic T-shirts, knitwear, shirting and crewnecks—akin to the brand’s SS22 offering—which have been treated to traditional batik, shibori, crochet, woodblock stamps, lino prints, tie dye and hand-drawn finishes.

Based around experimental colour palettes and various silhouettes that stretch from oversized and fitted to sleeveless and cosy, the collection also features a range of more contemporary pieces such as Patta’s desert flower camouflage two-piece, sleeveless cardigan and canvas overalls, which move away from Spring/Summer 2023’s stripped-back inspirations.

Other key pieces include a vibrant pink tracksuit set, denim jeans with embroidered Patta branding and graphics ,and shell suit jackets, while a letterman varsity jacket in grey rounds things out.

The first drop from Patta’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection will available to through the brand’s official webstore, the Patta mobile app and in-store at Patta Amsterdam, Patta London and Patta Milano from January 27.
