DUBLIN, CA — As yet more rain barrels into Dublin, residents can dream wistfully of the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day weekend of festivities, which will include a parade, a pancake breakfast, a race, carnival rides, booths, and much more.

The weekend will kick off with the Dublin Historical Society’s second annual Shamrock Gala, a black-tie affair that will include dinner, drinks, dancing, music, and a prize raffle. This year’s gala will take place March 17 from 6-10 p.m. at the Dublin Senior Center. It will feature catering, desserts made by Dublin High School culinary students, and a raffle.
