Blac Chyna says rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, who was jumped and badly beaten at a Florida gym Tuesday, should 'apologize' for his past behavior.

The former Rob Kardashian flame, 34, told DailyMail.com that it 'doesn't come as a surprise' that the rapper, whose legal name is Daniel Hernandez, was attacked at an LA Fitness in Palm Beach County

'It made me really sad because Danny is really a nice guy. He's a really genuinely nice guy,' the model, whose real name is Angela Renée White, told DailyMail.com. 'I just feel like social media changes people. In person, he is the sweetest person. So I just blame the internet and people bullying him because at the end of the day that’s still bullying and I don't condone violence like at all.

'It doesn’t come as a surprise. But I just don't wish that on nobody, not even him.

'If anything I feel like T69 needs to come over here when he’s ready and feels it in his heart to sincerely go and apologize to the people that he hurt,' the mother-of-two said. 'It doesn't matter. You have to forgive and forget, you know.'

She said the rapper needs to 'walk in a different light, because that light is not it' and that he 'could have really gotten hurt after being kicked like that.'

'I think that that will kind of clear up a lot of things...I can tell you from my own self, you don't want to go down that road, you want to go down this road,' she told DailyMail.com. 'It only takes one little thing to really end your life. So I just want everybody to just stay safe.'

It's unclear what prompted the attack, but Tekashi is not short of enemies. In 2018, he was labeled a 'snitch' after testifying for prosecutors against the likes of the Bloods gang and Cardi B.

The rapper cut a deal to lessen his own sentence after being charged with an array of crimes, and spent just two years behind bars.

Tekashi had faced a 47-year minimum sentence and maximum of life in prison when he was arrested back in 2018 on charges including racketeering, firearm possession, armed robbery and attempted murder.

It was part of a widespread crackdown on gangs in New York, during which nine members of the same gang were taken into custody.

He quickly abandoned his co-defendants, cutting a deal with the prosecution instead and agreeing to be their star witness.

In court, he took the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his own ascent through it.

'We participated in a lot of crimes. Robberies, assaults, drugs,' he said.

As a result, Anthony Ellison - one of his co-defendants - was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Tekashi was sentenced to two years in prison in December 2019.

Surveillance footage shows Tekashi being beaten 'to a pulp' on Tuesday and humiliated in front of other gymgoers at an LA Fitness.

The artist was jumped as he tried to leave the fitness club by a group of men who later boasted about the attack on social media.

In videos circulating online, they called him a 'rat' who wouldn't be tolerated in their 'hood.'

While kicking and punching him, one could be heard yelling to another: 'Take a picture, take a picture - I am going to be famous now.'

The extent of his injuries is not yet known, and it's unclear whether any of the men involved have been apprehended.
