A HUGE fashion and homeware chain is to open new stores with huge discounts within weeks.

Next is opening two new outlet stores in England and Wales in April.

A new Next Outlet will open its doors to shoppers in Gloucester Quays on Saturday, April 8.

Another outlet is then set to open in Fforestfach Retail Park, Swansea on Monday, April 17.

The new stores will stock everything from homeware, beauty, and footwear as well as the brand's fashion line.

Next Outlets are not like normal Next stores.

They feature a selection of outlet products, past season collections and clearance items at discounted prices you won’t find anywhere else.

You’ll often find discounted clothing and furniture from designer brands including Lipsy London, GAP and Laura Ashley at Next Outlets.

For example, we've seen the brand selling sofas and furniture at up to 75% of their original retail price.

The currently operates 45 outlets or clearance stores across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Scotland is home to six Next Outlets:

Northern Ireland has three Next Outlets:

There are two Next Outlets in Wales:

  • Bridgend, South Wales
  • Wrexham

With the additional Next Outlets opening in Gloucester and Swansea in April, the brand will operate a total of 48 outlet stores.

In total, Next operates 482 stores across the UK - 397 of these are based in England.

The fashion brand also operates a further 200 stores in continental Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Next made a huge change to prices in January after shoppers noticed that the brand's clothes were more expensive.

Next said that prices will rise by 8% in the spring and summer, before rising again by another 6% in autumn and winter.
