Located in central Nevada and surrounded by the massive mountain ranges of the Toiyabe National Forest, Ike’s Canyon Ranch is a true getaway. It’s 30 miles to the nearest service station as the crow flies, and an hour and half to the nearest town by car. It’s remote, peaceful, and surrounded by dark night skies.

The charming property sits among canyons, creeks, and trails that are begging to be explored. There are also two neighboring ghost towns—Belmont and Manhattan—that you won’t want to miss.

Ike’s Canyon Ranch, though isolated, is warm and welcoming. There are two comfortable rooms in the main house on the property, with a fully stocked saloon, and an old stone cabin from the Pony Express days offers studio lodging. Visitors arrive at Ike’s from all over the world seeking a reset from modernity, making it an ideal stop on any stargazer's itinerary.
