Voortman Steel Machinery acquires Müller Opladen GmbH
Voortman Steel Machinery, a manufacturer of CNC steel processing machines, has acquired Germany-based Müller Opladen GmbH, a manufacturer of pipe processing machines. This acquisition expands Voortman's product portfolio, adding profile cutting machines for steel pipes, pressure vessels, and structural steel.
Müller Opladen’s 3D pipe cutting machines are designed to handle small to large profiles. Its distribution network reaches worldwide to customers in roughly 70 countries.
