Four people were rushed to the hospital Thursday night after a hazmat incident involving fentanyl in New Bedford, Massachusetts. EMT's said they found two people outside a mill building on Wamsutta Street and two others inside showing symptoms of fentanyl overdose.Officials said Narcan was administered, and the four people were taken to a hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.There is no threat to the public.
