Kittredge and Lucille M. Kittredge by Warranty Deed of Charles R. O’Brien & Georgia A. O’Brien dated September 15, 1976, and recorded with the Town of Waterbury Land Records in Volume 79 at page 328. Tax Years: 2021-2022 Amount of delinquent taxes, interest, cost and penalties: $2,601.85 Reference may be made to said deeds for a more particular description of said lands and premises, as the same appear in the Town Clerk’s Office of the Town of Waterbury. So much of such lands will be sold at public auction at Waterbury Town Hall, 28 North Main Street, Waterbury, Vermont 05676, on the 14th of March, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., as shall be requisite to discharge such taxes and delinquencies with interest, costs and penalties, and utility balances unless previously paid.
