Authorities seeking information after body found in Arkansas River
The body was recovered and later identified as Andrew Hutchinson, a 60-year-old black male from Pine Bluff, AR whose last known location was Jonesboro, AR on Feb. 12, according to his immediate family.
JEFFERSON COUNTY (KATV) — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in a death investigation after finding a man's body in the Arkansas River over the weekend.
Authorities stated that on Sunday, deputies were sent to the Arkansas River after receiving reports of a body in the water.
The body was recovered and later identified as Andrew Hutchinson, a 60-year-old black man from Pine Bluff.
Hutchinson's last known location was Jonesboro, AR on Feb. 12, according to his family.
Hutchinson's body was taken to the State Crime Lab to determine the cause of death.
Deputies are asking the public for help establishing Mister Hutchinson's whereabouts for the last several weeks.
