Kerry J. Lodish, Sr., 73, of Milton, Delaware, and formerly of Lititz; died peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. Born in Tower City, he was the son of the late Joseph P. and Diane R. Underkoffler Lodish. Kerry was the loving husband of Kathy M. Wool Lodish, and they observed their 55th wedding anniversary in February of this year. In his early years Kerry worked in the printing field for the former Wagaman Brothers Printing Company, Lititz. Kerry continued a successful career in the printing field by forming Lodish Associates in Lititz. He was a faithful member of Solid Ground Church, in Lewes, DE. Throughout his life Kerry had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. Saltwater fishing at Indian River; having adventures catching Tuna and Stripers on his own boat with family and friends was the life of a happy retired humble man that worked all his life. He also enjoyed traveling to Camp Wapiti, Maine for outdoor ventures. Kerry loved his family deeply and cherished all the time he could spend with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Kathy, are three daughters: Michele L. wife of Colin Beatty of Temple, Heidi J. Gesicki of Lititz, Kelly D. wife of Corry Price of Manheim, a son, Kerry J. Jr. husband of Desiree Lodish of Richland, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, a brother, Bradley husband of Nancy Lodish of Milton, DE, and a sister, Jodi wife of Karl "Barney" Kreider of Lancaster.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Kerry's Life Celebration Service at the Buch Funeral Home, 216 South Broad Street, Lititz, on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 2:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
