Scotts Valley police said they arrested a serial shoplifter on Wednesday night.Police said that a night shift patrol team stopped the shoplifter and found several stolen items under their clothing from the CVS Pharmacy. When police arrived they searched the suspect's vehicle and found even more similar items from similar stores from other Santa Cruz County businesses. The suspect from Alameda County was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
