St. Pat’s Shindig at Buffalo Creek Brewing

Buffalo Creek Brewing goes green all weekend for its annual St. Pat’s Shindig. Guests each day are invited to sport their favorite Irish threads and celebrate in the taproom or outside in the biergarten alongside the roaring firepits.

The party starts Friday night (March 15) with Happy Dawg and Badass Bavarians serving up Chicago style Hot Dawgs and iconic green pretzels.

Saturday morning, doors open extra early at 9 a.m., with fresh green beer and Indaba USA serving up authentic Full Irish Bunnies (Pullman loaf filled with bangers, bacon, mushrooms, and English beans topped with an egg).

The afternoon continues with Irish folk dancing from McNulty’s School of Irish Dance and Chicago Culinary Kitchen with their infamous corned beef creations. DAMJAX will keep the festivities rocking all Saturday night with traditional Irish Folk music. A small batch of S¢ott 72 (dry Irish stout) will be released at open on Saturday along with other weekend specials on pints and steins of Burning Red Irish Ale.

Buffalo Creek Brewing is at 360 Historical Lane, in Long Grove.
