SHREVEPORT, La. - If you don't want your personal information getting into the wrong hands, you need to shred it.
And Barksdale Federal Credit Union is helping by holding a Shred Day. It is free to everyone in the community.
It is happening from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Sheriff's Safety Town. Each person can bring two bags to shred and it will be disposed of for free.
