TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Put on your dancing shoes for the upcoming regional line dance event.
Texarkana Line Dancers are hosting the Four States Line Dance Festival from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at VFW Post 4562.
Seven groups are scheduled to perform.
"Aside from our group, we have two coming from Little Rock, two from Shreveport, one from Hot Springs and one from Malvern, Arkansas," Texarkana Line Dancing instructor Ticia Cockrell said.
After warming up, each group will perform two dances -- one for showcase and the other a dance to teach other groups.
Admission is $5.
VFW Post 4562 is at 4700 E. Ninth Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
