Sebago Technics Inc. a Maine-based employee-owned engineering collective headquartered in South Portland, relocated its Sanford office to 15 Daigle Lane, Suite 103, in the Jackson Square Complex off Main Street.
The move had been planned since the acquisition of Corner Post Land Surveying in December 2022 as a strategic step to be more central to downtown Sanford, the developed areas of the community, and a region that includes York County and southern New Hampshire, according to a news release.
Corner Post Land Surveying was in the Sanford village of Springvale.
The Daigle Lane office has a larger space with a more efficient and professional floor plan. The layout features dedicated meeting areas, production spaces and offices designed to enhance workflow and collaboration.
"We are excited about the opportunities this move brings for our team and our clients," said Mark Adams, president and CEO at Sebago Technics. "The larger, well-designed space will support our growing client-base and commitment to engineering excellence and to shaping the communities we serve."
Sebago Technics plans to host an open house event early this spring to showcase the Sanford office.
Sebago Technics was founded by Walter P. Stinson in 1981, according to its website.
An employee stock ownership plan was implemented in 1998 and the company became 100% owned by its ESOP trust in 2007.
Sebago Technics has over 110 design professionals and technical staff, and offices across southern, western and midcoast Maine. Services cover all aspects of projects, from initial site assessment and design to navigating permitting and overseeing construction.
