Historic monuments, iconic buildings, adorable bakeries and idyllic streets make up some of the UK's most Instagrammable places to visit across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Women's lifestyle blog, The Daily Struggle, has shared a list of the 101 most Instagrammable locations in the UK.

From London to Scotland, Kent and Wiltshire, there are plenty of places in the UK where influencers and social media users can snap gorgeous photos for their accounts.

Top 10 most Instagrammable places in the UK:

1. Tower Bridge, London

Of all the destinations in London, Tower Bridge is definitely the most iconic. Many influencers take photos either on Tower Bridge or further along the Thames with Tower Bridge in the background.

Tower Bridge is a defining landmark and offers breathtaking views of the city and river. If you're lucky, you might catch an iconic red bus crossing the bridge just as you snap your photo.

The bridge is a Grade-I listed suspension bridge which stands opposite near The Shard, Gherkin and the Fenchurch Building.

2. Peggy Porschen, Belgravia, London

Second on the list is the self-described "prettiest bakery in the world", Peggy Porschen which offers delicious and ornate cupcakes, cakes and luxurious afternoon tea.

Located on Ebury Street in Belgravia, the bakery is surrounded by some of London's prettiest streets. The bakery is the perfect place to snap a photo with pastel colours and flowers around the doorway giving it a Parisian vibe.

The bakery has been described by visitors as "beautiful", "cute" and a "wonderful experience".

3. Dreamland, Margate, Kent

A retro fairground could not be a better spot for an Instagram photoshoot.

Vintage rides paired with bright lights, roller discos and candy floss make Dreamland the perfect place to snap some photos.

And if fairgrounds don't quite cut it, there's always the golden sands of Margate beach.

4. Royal Pavilion, Brighton

The Royal Pavilion in Brighton was originally built to be a seaside getaway by King George IV.

The exterior of the stunning Grade-I listed building is a great spot to snap photos.

The Royal Pavilion Gardens and the building's gorgeous architecture are sure to get you plenty of likes on social media.

5. Giant's Causeway, Northern Island

There's nowhere more unique in the UK than The Giant's Causeway in County Antrim. The area has around 40,000 interlocking basalt columns which are the result of an ancient volcanic fissure eruption.

Located on the north coast by the sea, social media users will be able to snap a photo of themselves on the truly unique stepping stones with sea views behind them.

It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986 and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Northern Ireland.

6. The Storr, Isle of Skye, Scotland

The Storr is a mountain on the Trotternish peninsula of the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

The ancient rock formation can only be described as majestic and otherworldly. Hiking to the top is hard work but once you're there you'll be met with one of the most stunning views in the UK.

7. Stonehenge, Wiltshire

Everyone's heard of Stonehenge - and it's easy to see why. The prehistoric megalithic structure on Salisbury Plain consists of a ring of vertical sarsen standing stones which are topped by connecting lintel stones.

The structure, which dates back to between 3100 BC and 1600 BC, is one of the most famous landmarks in the UK and is a great spot to snap a photo or two.

8. White Cliffs of Dover, Kent

The chalky, limestone white cliffs which face the English Channel make an epic backdrop to any photo.

There are plenty of cliff-top walks and pretty beaches near the cliffs which offer the perfect opportunity to take a picture.

9. Kilchurn Castle, Argyll and Bute, Scotland

The romantic castle looks great in all seasons, whether it's summer, winter or spring.

If you're after a more dramatic shot, head to the tower houses's battlements which has views over Loch Awe.

10. Mermaid Street, Rye, East Sussex

The UK is known for its historic, idyllic streets but Rye's Mermaid Street is a whole other level.

The street is lined with Tudor and Georgian buildings which make it look olde worlde and breathtakingly pretty.
