The annual NHthon returns to North Hills School District’s Martorelli Stadium on April 20.

The daylong celebration features dancing, games, food and fun in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Last year’s event raised $19,116.

NHthon occurs in two parts at the stadium, 5336 Perry Highway, West View: an event for the North Hills community from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and an evening event for high school students only from 5 to 10.

Community NHthon will feature carnival games, inflatables, basket raffles, food, “principal sliming” and more. There is no cost to attend, but donations are encouraged for the event’s causes.

High School NHthon includes dancing, games, sports and food. Students are encouraged to collect donations in support of Make-A-Wish and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, as there are more incentives for students with the more money they raise.

For more information, including making donations, visit www.nhsd.net/thon.aspx.
