Jim Walsh Spokane visit

SPOKANE, Wash. – Washington Republican Party chair Representative Jim Walsh will take a tour across Washington throughout late March and early April.

Walsh will use the town hall events to pitch his party’s accomplishments during the 2024 short legislative session, which ended March 7.

Walsh’s visit comes amidst a moment of change for the GOP in Spokane, as US Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers prepares to leave her seat and Republican candidates vie for the governor’s office without the challenge of a Democratic incumbent.

The Spokane County Republican Party encouraged local members to attend the event in a Monday social media post. Democrats and independents were also invited to participate.

Family of Faith Community Church will host Wilson's visit to the Lilac City on April 8. Those interested in attending can also submit written questions for the chairman online.
