CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier/WKRC) - Looking Glass Hospitality’s newest restaurant concept, Alara, is set to open Monday, March 25, in Madisonville, and the company gave the Business Courier an exclusive first look at its menu.

Alara is a high-end experiential contemporary restaurant. The project has been four years in the making. It's situated at 5410 Medpace Way inside the $115 million Madison Square development.

The 10,000-square-foot space is the hospitality group's largest restaurant to date. Looking Glass Hospitality owner Scott Schmidt told the Business Courier he’s been working with Medpace on a concept for the space since before the pandemic. The plan was put on hold during the height of COVID-19. More recently, they revived the deal.
