Colleen Jump, a Port Byron alumna and current first-year student-athlete at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, was named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Bowler of the Week on Thursday.
It is the second time Jump has earned the honor, the first being the week of Nov. 5.
In William Smith's appearance at the Niagara Brunswick Spring Classic this past weekend, Jump led the 11th-ranked team in the NTCA Division II/III poll with a league-high average of 18.85 pins per frame while completing 103 frames. She also had a league-high in traditional matches with 19.4 pins per frame, and led the Herons in three of their four traditional matches.

While competing in field hockey and softball during her tenure at Port Byron, Jump made it to the bowling state championships on two occasions.
