A 23-year-old man is charged with murder for a deadly shooting on Oak Grove Lane. Jackson police responded to the scene of the shooting Thursday morning where someone had been shot to death. Shortly after responding to the scene, officers arrested Tamaricus Dogan in connection to that shooting. He is charged with murder.Police have not released a possible motive for the shooting or identified the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
