HOPE, Ark. – The Hope Arkansas Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding 43-year-old Shirley Harris, a resident of Horizons of Hope located at 707 E Greenwood St.
Harris reportedly left the facility on Tuesday, February 27, at about 8:30 p.m. and was last seen near Powell’s Grocery at 310 Greenwood St. in Hope, AR.
HPD said there is no clothing description, but Harris is 5’4’’ tall and weighs about 145 lbs.
Harris suffers from diminished mental capacity, according to Hope Police.
